Experience

Ian Wilson is an Associate Principal at DTJ with nearly 20 years of experience leading hospitality, resort, residential, and mixed-use projects in mountain and destination markets. Over the past decade, he has delivered more than 200 condominium units and over 500,000 square feet of development, with a focus on sustainable, resilient, and high-performing design. Since 2016, he has helped advance mountain community design in Snowmass Village and Vail Village, including leading the first net-zero, multi-story mass-timber projects for East West Partners. At DTJ, Ian leads leadership and mentorship initiatives and serves as Co-Chair of Colorado’s RETL Product Council, with active involvement in ULI. He is also a Christopher Kelley Leadership Program Scholar.
