Jen Jess is an Associate bringing over 28 years of work experience on projects ranging from custom residential, production single-family and multifamily homes, built-for-rent, and residential amenity spaces. Having worked for many prestigious architecture firms in the Boulder/Denver area, Jen specializes in conceptual residential design, project visioning, community design guidelines, marketing, and graphic presentation. Throughout her career, she has continued to evolve with her responsibilities and knowledge of residential design and developed a deep understanding of what goes into a dynamic floor plan, a successful streetscape, and, ultimately, into a vibrant community.
