Newport View is a hillside project in Bellevue, Washington consisting of 16 lots.  A site and architecture visioning package was produced to help the land owner market the project to production home builders.  The focus was to illustrate that this complicated site could be built by a production builder.  DTJ analyzed the site to create prototype homes that would fit on most of the lots, worked with the engineer to reduce the impact of the site walls and to preserve the required number of heritage trees.
