Epic work is
only possible
when you
have the
right people.
The kind of people who are good at what they do and know how to have fun in the process.
We always
take our
work seriously. But never ourselves.
We keep things light. We laugh hard. And we genuinely enjoy one another’s company. It’s our secret sauce. And when you work with us, we consider you part of the team. So prepare to roll up your sleeves and have some fun too.

Site visits, collaborative charrettes, shared tools, and real dialogue with our clients; this is the work behind the work.
We believe the strongest ideas are shaped by expertise, built together, and tested in the field. From early stages of research and community engagement initiatives, we remain hands-on to turn vision into reality. Practice is where intention meets action.

Last week, we hosted Phoebe and Emily for UGA Shadow Day. They experienced an immersive, hands-on design charrette, where they brought their creative ideas to the table and presented to Partner, Todd Hill, and our Atlanta team.
UGA alumni Julia Kim and Eduardo Tapia spent the day mentoring Phoebe and Emily, giving them a tour of the Biltmore, and the Atlanta office while treating them to lunch along the way. Opportunities like this are where curiosity turns into confidence and experience turns into careers. @ugaced
Thanks for joining us Phoebe and Emily – we had a blast!

🌴Baha Bay is just one example of how we embed the story of place from the beginning and use it to guide every design decision. Guests may not be able to describe it, but they feel when a place is authentic; when the materials, the architecture, and landscape all tell a consistent story.
DTJ DESIGN is back for another @ga_asla takeover for the fifth consecutive year in honor of #WLAM2026!

We value respect and integrity, acknowledging individual contributions, and celebrating success together. Collaboration is key—we thrive on diverse insights and clear, constructive communication to bring shared visions to life. Creativity drives us as we infuse artistic energy and innovative thinking into every aspect of our work. Our partnership with OneStreet Residential has reached another major milestone as we celebrate the official grand opening of HearthSide Riverdale, their newest active adult rental community in South Metro Atlanta.
