Epic work is
only possible
when you
have the
right people.
The kind of people who are good at what they do and know how to have fun in the process.
We always
take our
work seriously. But never ourselves.
We keep things light. We laugh hard. And we genuinely enjoy one another’s company. It’s our secret sauce. And when you work with us, we consider you part of the team. So prepare to roll up your sleeves and have some fun too.
Our team in their Natural Environment.#dtjculture
Ever wonder why developers and municipalities struggle to collaborate, even when they share the same goals?
When real money and projects are at stake, productive dialogue can be challenging—everyone comes in with their guard up. #ExperienceInnovation solves this by creating an environment where public sector leaders can share honest thoughts without constraints, and developers can openly share their perspective and explore new approaches without judgment.
Chris Moore, Brian Ryckman, and Whitney Summers discuss what makes this format different, and why it`s filling a gap the industry didn`t know it had.

Building identity. Guiding experiences. ✨
In Castle Pines, Colorado, we’re all about creating a welcoming community vibe! Our wayfinding and branding strategy has significantly contributed to building a strong sense of place in the City. It`s not just about monumentation, we’ve also rolled out an updated Trail Master Plan to improve connectivity throughout the area. Plus, we’ve designed beautiful community roundabouts that perfectly match the branding elements and signage, making the City`s surroundings even more vibrant and inviting.
We designed iconic monuments at City entrances and intuitive wayfinding plans to enhance the experience. By elevating the City’s brand through signage, light poles, landscaping, and public spaces, we created a cohesive look that fosters community pride. With adaptable standards for future development and our fourth assignment underway, we’re excited to continue shaping inspiring environments.

Fun fact: Ron discovered landscape architecture while exploring the indoor gardens at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, sparking a lifelong dream to design natural environments.
Let`s give Ron a massive, warm welcome in the comments! Here’s to new adventures and creative landscapes together! 🎊🙌

The best design conversations happen when you remove the safety net.
#ExperienceInnovation 2025 in Atlanta brought together professionals who don’t often get to collaborate directly: designers, developers, brokers, market researchers, consultants, and public officials tackled multifamily challenges with actual constraints attached.
Joseph Stryker (Principal + Southeast Region Director), Dave Williams (Partner), and Bill Campie (President) break down what happened:
🏗️ How financing limits shape where creativity can actually show up
🤝 The missing link between public officials and developers
🌆 Testing ideas against Atlanta`s real market dynamics
💡 Turning a straightforward suburban site into something unexpected
The value wasn`t just in the projects but in the transparency—everyone got to see how the other side thinks.
