Epic work is
only possible
when you
have the
right people.
The kind of people who are good at what they do and know how to have fun in the process.
We always
take our
work seriously. But never ourselves.
We keep things light. We laugh hard. And we genuinely enjoy one another’s company. It’s our secret sauce. And when you work with us, we consider you part of the team. So prepare to roll up your sleeves and have some fun too.

Core values are meant to be more than words, they’re meant to be lived. We see this play out every day across our offices, studios, and project teams. It’s how they show up, elevating the people and work around them. That’s why we established the Compass Award – an annual recognition of an employee who exemplifies living our core values.
This year’s recipient? Rose Tashjian. Rose approaches her work with curiosity and generosity and brings teams together. Read more about Rose and the award at the link in our bio.
Congratulations, Rose!
Happy National Trails Day! More than pathways, trails support outdoor wellness and bring people closer to places and to each other. We celebrate the power of thoughtfully designed trails to guide people through nature and connect communities.

Westminster’s new Aerostat Park transforms an underutilized site into a place for gathering, recreation, and connection, while honoring the legacy of the former mall through design and public art.
Its design was more than a process, it was a shared journey, one we apply to all projects through integrated thinking and creative collaboration, we craft spaces that elevate communities and enrich them every day.

This weekend marked the grand opening of Aerostat Park, the new centerpiece park of Downtown Westminster! We loved celebrating this milestone alongside @westminster.colorado, our community, and the partners who helped bring the park to life. Seeing the space filled with people of all ages enjoying it is exactly why we do what we do, and we can`t wait to share more from opening weekend, the design process, and a behind-the-scenes look at how Aerostat Park came to be.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Ian thriving as a girl dad, on a bike, or entertaining his trio of pets, Penny, Merlin, and Nikko. 🚴♂️🐈
Driven, thoughtful, and always raising the bar, it`s exactly the kind of energy we love to see. Welcome to DTJ, Ian!
