The Parker Hilltop Apartments are a mid-density, surface parked apartment community near southeast Denver. Spread across 19 individual apartment buildings, the site creates pocket parks across the development while cradling community buildings and pool area. DTJ provided architecture and landscape architecture services to update the community to a new character and refreshed aesthetic.

The clubhouse was in need of an update to reflect the needs and desires of its residents and to provide a fresh new image to the community. DTJ provided a totally new, more contemporary expression to the clubhouse, with selective expansions to the facility. A state-of-the-art theater room, cyber cafe, and gathering spaces were created. A hot tub/spa was added to the pool complex along with an extensive outdoor gathering patio.
