Last week, we hosted Phoebe and Emily for UGA Shadow Day. They experienced an immersive, hands-on design charrette, where they brought their creative ideas to the table and presented to Partner, Todd Hill, and our Atlanta team.
UGA alumni Julia Kim and Eduardo Tapia spent the day mentoring Phoebe and Emily, giving them a tour of the Biltmore, and the Atlanta office while treating them to lunch along the way. Opportunities like this are where curiosity turns into confidence and experience turns into careers. @ugaced

DTJ Partners Chris Moore and Bill Campie took to the fairways at the Desert Mountain CARE Golf Tournament Invitational—Champions Fore Cancer Research. The event brought the community together for a day of camaraderie, philanthropy, and golfing fun. Our partnership with OneStreet Residential has reached another major milestone as we celebrate the official grand opening of HearthSide Riverdale, their newest active adult rental community in South Metro Atlanta. Thoughtfully designed to bring people together, we`re proud to see the community open its doors and help expand much-needed housing options for seniors in Clayton County, reflecting our shared commitment to creating places that people call home.

Associate Caroline Isenberg recently completed the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP), which is renowned for unlocking the next generation of industry leaders. This year-long program selects 16 professionals through a rigorous application process, evaluating candidates based on their career achievements, community involvement, and support from their respective firms.

She’s a natural storyteller who loves mixing images, layouts, and type to create fresh, eye‑catching work. Her passion for bold, imaginative design started in school, where her work pushed boundaries and let her explore big ideas. Now she’s bringing that same energy and curiosity to DTJ, inspired by our work of themed attractions and wildly creative projects. She describes DTJ as supportive, rewarding, and motivating, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on the team.
Outside of work, Meriel is all about baking, crafting ✂️, staying active after her years as a college athlete 🏅, and hanging out with her dog Draco, also known as “Drake Bean” and “Fluffy Bean,” . 🐾
