As a Project Coordinator at DTJ, Megan brings creativity and compassion to everything she does. Inspired by the communities we design for, she believes architecture is about creating safe, welcoming spaces that truly serve people’s needs.
Megan`s love for creativity began when she was young, and it flourished at Auburn University. Now, she`s pouring that passion into architecture in our Atlanta office, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration. And while many think architecture is all about complex math, she’s here to set the record straight—it`s mostly just simple formulas and geometry!
📍Fun fact: Megan once spent 3 months in Denmark and enjoys her coffee black.
A lifelong bookworm, she’s currently into historical nonfiction and biographies.

Meet Cindy Pedrioli, our Senior Associate + Landscape Architect and newest member in our Denver office!
Cindy`s passion stems from her childhood, where she was drawn in by seeing floor and site plans and imagining them in reality. An avid reader of historical fiction and once an aspiring teacher, Cindy enjoys digging into the research and data that shape communities, which helps her deliver impactful designs that preserve and enhance the community. When she`s not master planning parks and recreation projects, Cindy enjoys a few hobbies, including getting back into cross-stitch blackwork embroidery.
Cindy`s friends and family would describe her as reliable, caring, and supportive. She`s also a proud dog mom to Maggie, who has an "opinionated attitude" and a few nicknames like Maggie Moo and Mags! Cindy`s favorite quote is from John Ruskin, "Quality is never an accident: it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution," which truly reflects the dedication she brings to her projects.

What can you do with half of an underused parking lot? Transform it into a thoughtfully designed, desert-inspired dog haven that’s all about play, shade, and sustainability.
Covering over 17,000 square feet, the Desert Mountain Cochise Geronimo Bark Park features two separate areas for large and small dogs, each packed with shade structures, splash zones, agility course elements, and water stations. The entire park is covered with antimicrobial, infill-free synthetic turf, chosen for its superior drainage and low-maintenance benefits. The sustainable design saves an estimated 717,750 gallons of water each year, a win for both the park and the Desert Mountain community.
And we didn’t stop there. We salvaged 17 native trees and cacti from the original site and replanted them throughout the park to boost shade and blend seamlessly with the Sonoran Desert landscape.
So grab your leash and check out the great outdoors at the Cochise Geronimo Bark Park, where every dog can be a happy dog!🐾🌵
