The Grove is a captivating mixed-use village that embodies the vibrant, eclectic spirit of Austin. Every aspect of this development, including the residential architecture, has been meticulously crafted to offer a distinctive lifestyle that genuinely stands out.

In our Palmetto Collection, each home exudes a vibrant quality, filled with abundant light and remarkable features. The seamless indoor/outdoor connection enhances the living experience, with floorplans thoughtfully designed around central courtyards. These courtyards flood the interior rooms and hallways with natural light, creating a serene and uplifting atmosphere.

What sets The Grove apart is its innovative approach to maximizing space. By utilizing side-yards to extend the livable areas, previously barren drainage corridors have been transformed into enhanced outdoor living spaces. This clever design not only adds practical value but also contributes to the overall aesthetic appeal of the community.

Embracing a “Moderated Modern” village theme, The Grove offers a fresh interpretation of historic architectural styles. Our work on The Grove predates the 2019 establishment of our Austin office; the project was one of many motivations to open our Texas office. This award gives us a sense of coming full circle, and we are excited to continue our award-winning portfolio in the Austin area!
