DTJ is excited to announce our newest Associate Principal and Director of Business Development, Dawn Duhamel.

With over 25 years of in-depth experience working with and for builders and developers nationwide, Dawn brings a deep understanding of the built environment to the business development role. A graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Dawn’s strategic leadership and business development efforts will continue to expand DTJ’s reach.

A past chair of Denver’s Professional Women in Building, as well as the former chair of the National Association of Homebuilders Design Committee Education Subcommittee, Dawn is a sought-after industry speaker and promoter of design.
