Leadership Promotions

Brian Ryckman has been promoted to Associate Principal and Director of Planning after working with DTJ for almost 15 years. His practice focuses on integrating planning and landscape architecture on a wide variety of project types and locations. He provides strategic thinking to clients and exceptional team leadership.

Dan DeRosa, in DTJ’s Atlanta office, was promoted to Associate. Dan offers a wealth of landscape and planning expertise in multifamily and mixed-use environments. His diverse design experience, management and technical skills range from urban streetscapes, plaza design and retail to large-scale master planning projects.

Shannon Horn has also been recognized as Associate after a 19-year tenure with DTJ and proving instrumental in the accounting department as our Accounting Manager. Her forward thinking, strategic ideas, and attention to detail are invaluable to DTJ leadership and clients.
