Experience

From an early age, Brad knew he was going to spend his life putting things together. Growing up in the ready-mixed concrete business, he was finishing driveways and operating heavy equipment before he had a driver’s license. Fast forward 35 years, and he has had the opportunity to design, document, and manage projects of all scales, from small urban infill residential to resort campus projects of significant scale. Early in this timeline, he discovered his passion for hospitality-focused design and has been fortunate to lead teams of professionals designing a wide variety of experiences, from avid South Carolina golfers to the gamblers and shoppers of the Las Vegas Strip. Brad excels in the construction site space, working through plans and details with the General Contractor to deliver a successful product.
