Experience

Caroline has been pursuing her passion for both design and people over the last 10+ years in the architecture industry. She joins DTJ with a variety of experiences, particularly in multi-family, affordable housing, and interior environments. Caroline demonstrates initiative, curiosity, creativity, and engagement in everything she does, from project meetings and design to internal office culture, making her a key contributor to the DTJ team. Caroline is a 2025 graduate of the AIA Georgia Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program and an advocate for women in the industry.
