Chad has worked on a wide range of projects and project types both nationally and internationally. With his 10+ years in the profession, he has gained diverse professional experience, ranging from complex public projects to large master planned communities. Within residential projects, he has a diverse portfolio of multifamily, townhome, and single-family housing experience, as well as several community amenities. He also has worked on several theme parks and waterparks abroad. Chad’s ability to lead project teams, apply creative solutions to meet the client needs, attention to detail, and design skills creates a well-executed, successful, and quality design.
