As a motivated and driven human resources professional, Chrisandrea is passionate for people—particularly in the A/E/C industry. Chrisandrea has dedicated 15+ years of her professional career to connecting with people at all organizational levels by fostering development and growth, building meaningful relationships, and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Chrisandrea participates in our industry by currently serving as a member in her local chapter of the Society for Design Administration (SDA), serving on the National Certification Committee, and formerly serving twice on the SDA Atlanta Chapter Board of Directors as the Board Secretary. As DTJ’s Senior Human Resources Manager, Chrisandrea oversees all HR functions for the firm, and has the honor of interacting with some pretty awesome people on a daily basis!
