Mason brings over 10 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on multifamily residential design and Revit-based project delivery. His experience includes podium and wood-frame apartments, townhomes, clubhouses, and amenity spaces in Colorado. Throughout his career, he has contributed to all phases of the design process, from schematic design to construction administration, while emphasizing quality, coordination, and thoughtful project execution.

As a BIM Manager, Mason leads the training, development, and maintenance of firm-wide Revit standards, templates, and workflows that improve consistency and efficiency across project teams. He is passionate about leveraging BIM technology to streamline documentation, enhance collaboration, and support innovative design solutions. Known for his technical expertise, clear communication, and patient mentorship, Mason enjoys helping others grow their skills while fostering strong team relationships and a collaborative work environment.
