Shannon started with DTJ as an Accounting Assistant in 2002. Over the years, she has worked with DTJ employees both at the department level and individual level on accounting procedures and insurance benefits. As Controller, Shannon oversees several aspects of the firm’s finances including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, financial statements, and overall assessment of the financial status of the company. In addition, she is responsible for the coordination of audit and tax activities, along with maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. DTJ’s leadership group relies on Shannon for her attention to detail, thoroughness, and strategic thinking.
