4TH STREET CROSSING
These mixed-use buildings have a strong streetscape presence, designed to reflect the new character of Silverthorne with the proportions and pedestrian feel from historic main streets in Colorado. A combination of materials including brick, wood siding cementitious siding, metal, concrete block, stone and manufactured stone, along with natural colors will be used, and changed per tenant space to give the appearance of individual buildings. The townhomes reflect the smaller massing and detailing found in mountain communities. A Festival Plaza serves as event and gathering space, and focal point for the development.
The 4th Street Crossing Hotel building plays a major role in the Master Plan and reflects a modern take on the traditional western hotel character with inspiration from the Town’s newly built Performing Arts Center. The building will create an iconic image within the downtown and will emphasize the connection to the Festival Plaza.
