4th Street North Workforce Housing
This project is part of the second phase of a master plan redevelopment in Downtown Silverthorne called 4th Street North. This new town center will serve the community through housing variety, retail, and dynamic public spaces. Targeting rents at 80 to 120% AMI, this apartment project will provide much needed housing for those who work in this resort area. Two-, three-, and four-bedroom units sit on top of an enclosed, secure parking area and form a common, west facing courtyard for gathering and activities. Common spaces include bike storage, great room, and gear maintenance areas.
