Anthem Colorado

Anthem Colorado incorporates a mix of uses in a highly amenitized open space environment. The community was designed to embody the rugged characteristics of the Great West, from sweeping vistas that encourage the freedom to roam, to Buffalo sculptures thoughtfully placed throughout the community. Two distinct residential villages in the western portion of the site — Del Webb’s first age restricted community in Colorado, Anthem Ranch, and Anthem Highlands, have recreation facilities designed to meet specific needs, an extensive trail network, and variety of park facilities. Anthem’s articulated system of streets, trails, and open space corridors provides connectivity among the various districts and reinforces the Colorado experience of high plains living.
