DTJ has worked with NexMetro to develop refreshed product for their Avilla Homes build for rent communities in Texas and Georgia. The Avilla neighborhoods have a mix of three home floor plans, ranging from 1-bed/1-bath duplexes with 2-bed/2-bath and 3-bed/2-bath detached homes, and with three elevation styles per plan. Each community features a leasing center/amenity building and detached garages.

The Avilla Berry Creek Highlands in Georgetown, Texas, encompasses 26.3 acres, with homes designed in the local Texas styles of Modern Farmhouse, Hill Country Modern, and Texas Bungalow.

We have worked on six communities in the Austin Metro area and one in the Atlanta Metro area with two more prospects in the area.
