The Caerula Mar Club is a tranquil and secluded boutique resort in one of the Caribbean’s most beautiful, untouched, and biodiverse destinations. We worked with the Client to express the site’s qualities and create an ethereal experience for guests to escape and completely immerse themselves in the island setting.

We crafted the overall site plan, focusing on enhancing the resort’s clean style in the tropics. Such enhancements include realigning the arrival sequence and updating the resort signage, as well as creating a lush island setting landscape, transitioning from native perimeter plantings to the resort care filled with lush, textural plantings that create an exocytic experience for the guests.

Connecting the spaces from the clubhouse to the pool and beach, we laid out small poolside gathering areas, framing views with contemporary fire and water features, to create an intimate setting complete with pool lounge villas and beach palapas in order to encourage guests to immerse themselves in nature and feel at one with their surroundings.
