Desert Reins at Wickenburg

Driving the design of this project are the ideas to create a Community Based on Values, Embrace Human Connection, and Enhance the Unique Identity of Wickenburg. It’s essential to build upon the legacy of this historic Town and promote a positive brand identity. We can achieve this by uniting distinctive and enduring design strategies that position short and long-term financial success with agility in fluid markets. With these goals in mind, the Desert Reins at Wickenburg aims to embrace a timeless legacy that celebrates the integrity and honesty of the Cowboy Way. This lifestyle embodies wellness, recreation, and open space, allowing us to make time for activities we genuinely WANT to embrace rather than NEED to endure.

The 667-acre framework master plan contains a variety of land uses, including single and multi-family residential, motorcoach estates, commercial, and open space. Amenity plans include an Equestrian Retreat, Cowboy Club, RV Members Club, and Hilltop Retreat. The preserved 100-yr floodplain serves as a spine along the northwest corridor of the site, providing expansive remnant open space with views of the Arizona landscape.
