A centerpiece urban park surrounded by mixed-use and retail in Downtown Westminster, a 100-acre redevelopment of a former suburban shopping mall. Features of the park include a multi-use flex event arena, integrated audio system, children water play area, urban dog park, and shaded seating areas. A key, repeating feature is a balloon-inspired structure with historical precedent from the former mall, repurposed as a climbing/play, water, and iconic art structure, and all include specialty effect lighting.
