South Park and East Park are the backbone of the urban park framework for the new Downtown Westminster high-density, mixed-use redevelopment. The parks will provide residents and the larger community with a variety of places to play and relax and create a venue for events that bring the community together. South Park is a linear park that connects residential and retail uses to the urban edge of the adjacent transportation corridor and future light rail station. East Park is the more active park with strong connections to the Downtown core.
