DTJ was hired to provide a master plan for the Riverfront Park adjacent to the Yangtze River, with the of helping brand the new technology district to attract investors and developers. The vision was inspired by the historic textile industry. Patterns of fabric, textiles and art became the inspiration manifesting itself as the “Tapestry Along the Yangtze River”, influencing the built environment, program and activities.
