Manor House

The Hayloft Big Creek Manor House is a six-unit stacked flat building that has the appearance of a rowhouse building, with interesting roof forms, quality materials, and expansive outdoor decks and terraces. The two-story building includes two units on the ground floor and four units on the upper floor. There is a single car garage for every unit in the building. The ground floor units have individual entrances, while the upper floor units are served by a common grand stair and glass elevator in an atrium space. DTJ designed the architecture for the Manor House.

Clubhouse + Amenities

The community clubhouse is characterized by an agrarian flavor for the architecture, designed by DTJ. Inspired by traditional barn architecture, the clubhouse is where residents gather for community banquets, chat around the fireplace, and use the fitness equipment. The expansive porches offer ample outdoor seating and connect to the backyard with its firepit, festoon lights, and nearby pickleball courts and resident gardens.
