Hearthside Living Faith will provide much needed affordable housing in Clayton County, Georgia. A partnership between OneStreet Residential and the Living Faith Tabernacle Church, the first phase will include 150 permanently affordable apartments for residents 62+ who earn in the 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) ranges. The two buildings frame a “main street” experience and the ground floor will include 10,000 square feet of commercial space. The project includes a full range of amenities including community room, bistro, wellness/fitness center, and game and media rooms, and outdoor amenities include grilling pavilions, dog run, and walking trails. The overall master plan includes 60 permanently affordable for sale homes including some developed by Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity.
