4^th Street Crossing is a 2-block redevelopment adjacent to the Blue River and civic core in downtown Silverthorne. New uses will be urban inspired with outdoor public spaces and activated storefront. The Hotel Indigo plays a major role by creating an iconic image through modern interpretations of mountain materials. Outdoor spaces, at grade and above, create people connections at multiple levels while linking to interior hotel functions through indoor/outdoor rooms.
