Design guidelines typically provide specific standards and prescribed styles to achieve a cohesive neighborhood aesthetic. At Lyric, however, the focus is on creating diversity by refining traditional architecture and introducing fresh interpretations of each style. Rather than dictating exact details like style and color, a flexible framework is offered, allowing builders to develop their own compositions.

The vision for Lyric is a “crafted composition,” where builders are encouraged to incorporate variety in design interpretation, detailing, roof forms, and colors to create a dynamic and cohesive streetscape. A holistic approach is key—one that considers the composition of the entire block, the individuality of each home, and the thoughtful details that come together to form engaging patterns, textures, and accents, reflecting the unique character of each residence.
