MISSION HILLS HAIKOU

The primary goal when developing the landscape for Mission Hills Haikou was to harken upon traditional tropical resort environments as inspiration. Within this framework exists a variety of landscape archetypes which exhibit characteristics of Pacific island and coastal luxury. These distinctive settings create variety within the landscape and establish unique spaces throughout the park, including a tropical mixed forest which serves as the central ride area; coastal tropics which includes the wave pool; tropical Resort Garden which incorporates the lazy river; and Pacific Rainforest which is the setting for the family ride area.
