Regency at Ten Trails Clubhouse

We provided planning and landscape architecture for the Regency at Ten Trails community clubhouse, the gathering place for the active adult neighborhood of Ten Trails in Black Diamond, Washington. Situated adjacent to open space and preserved evergreen trees, the amenity offers a variety of flexible gathering places for residents to connect, recreate, and relax. The site plan is designed to provide long, axial views to Mt. Rainier from each key outdoor space. With unparalleled views, the great room was designed around showcasing the incredible sight of the mountains front and center. The 3.9-acre recreation center with 10,000 SF private clubhouse offers an indoor pool, fitness, club lounge, pickleball courts, bocce ball, dog park, and beautiful views of Mt. Rainier.
