The Ridge at Big Rock Community Clubhouse

Sitting on a hillside in the heart of the Ridge at Big Rock community in Duvall, Washington, the Ridge at Big Rock Community Clubhouse offers a variety of flexible gathering places to give residents the opportunity to connect, play, and relax. Channeling the essence of the Pacific Northwest, the clubhouse’s architecture is modernized with clean lines and large windows to provide sweeping views of the property and the City of Duvall. The building and the outdoor spaces are integrated into the site using cascading walls that grow from the landscape into the building.

The clubhouse has two living rooms, strategically designed for both intimate and large gatherings with easy access to a catering kitchen. The indoors transition seamlessly into the outdoors, with its fitness center opening onto the community lawn. Diverse family-centric amenities include a kids’ park, toddler play zone, hammock forest, and a sheltered event area.
