The Signia by Hilton Atlanta hotel is integrated into the Georgia World Congress Center campus, offering a premier boutique hotel experience that emphasizes southern hospitality. In collaboration with Gensler, our landscape architecture team designed four levels of stacked amenities, creating unique spaces and multi-level connections to surrounding destinations. One standout feature is a living wall composed of a carefully selected palette of native and non-invasive plants, serving as an environmental icon and primary hotel signage for the first high-rise on the west side of downtown. Additional landscape design services included hardscaping and the implementation of green infrastructure for stormwater management, heat island mitigation, and improved air quality, all of which helped Signia achieve LEED Gold. Amenities include an event lawn, an event deck, and an outdoor pool and bar, highlighting Hilton’s latest standards for exclusively designed and programmed headquarters hotels.
