Sunbridge Architectural Design Guidelines
The Sunbridge Design Guidelines bring the vision to include nature in everyday life, to life, offering architects, builders, and homeowners a framework for creating thoughtful, innovative spaces that feel connected and cohesive. Six timeless elevation styles (Farmhouse, Coastal Craftsman, Shingle, Coastal Cottage, Florida Four-Square, and Cracker) set the tone, each adding unique textures, rooflines, and details to enrich the streetscape. With traditional, transitional, and contemporary interpretations, these styles span 18 distinctive elevations, ensuring variety while harmonizing the neighborhood. The design book showcases how a single plan can transform across styles and product types (front-load, alley-load, single-story, duplex, cluster pockets, and more) sparking inspiration for new homes. True to the Sunbridge brand, outdoor living takes center stage. Charming porches, decks, balconies, and covered entries energize the streets and foster social connections, all linked by a vast network of trails that connect neighbors to each other and to nature.
