DTJ provided Architecture and Landscape Architecture design for amenities within the Weslyn Park at Sunbridge neighborhood. The project includes two yurt leasing buildings, a covered pavilion, and a deck accompanied by an outdoor community amenity area with a lavish event lawn, welcoming pavilion, and 2-mile bike trail. The yurt design along with other elements embraces the nature forward theme of the region providing a campsite feel to all residents and visitors.
