The Hub is the community center of connection for Daybreak East; home to a chef’s garden, community pool, Biscotti’s Bakery and the Highland Park welcome center.  Its elegant forms are reminiscent of an old homestead, renovated into an inviting community destination for residents and visitors alike. The site design’s radial street pattern blurs the indoor-outdoor boundary and utilizes “street-calming” to provide safe crossing to the adjacent park and greenbelt corridor.
