The Oasis at Palmilla Beach is a resort style pool complex. The complex features a check in/office building, a restroom building, a swim-up bar and deck bar, a food and beverage building, and private cabanas. The pool lagoon-style pool includes a pedestrian bridge, beach entry, tanning ledge, conversation nooks, interactive water jets, and a “rain” curtain feature. The Oasis was envisioned as a significant, community amenity and marks a pivot from its Arnold Palmer-designed, True Links golf course roots. The Oasis will anchor a set of family-oriented amenities which will bridge the gap between the original Fairways Village and the forthcoming Town Center, and push a fresh narrative to the traditionally golf-oriented community.
