Turtle Island is a mixed-use destination resort located on a peninsula accessible only by water. The project includes single-family bungalows and villas, an open-to-the-public entertainment area at the southern point, and an internal lagoon with units overlooking an amenity facility. Beach club buildings include casual dining, a bar, and a music venue. An outfitter’s building houses an art gallery, activity/equipment rental, scuba certification center, and concierge office. Retail and artisan kiosks round out the guest area, and a turtle habitat rounds out a truly memorable experience.
